Experience with Rails

A knowledgeable foundation in design patterns and principles
An ability to work through product ideas by fast prototyping and quick iterations
Strong skills in performance optimization, and knowing when to optimize, and more importantly, when not to
Ability to lead by example and love working in an agile environment
Solid DevOps skills, and a command of the Linux shell
