Key
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Food and Beverage Service:
Take orders accurately, recommend menu items, and deliver food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
Bartending:
Prepare and serve a variety of handcrafted cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages, adhering to recipes and quality standards.
Upselling and Promotion:
Promote special menu items, beverages, and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
Cash Handling:
Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts.
Table Maintenance:
Set up tables, maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and assist with bussing tables as needed.
