Review purchase order claims and contracts to ensure compliance with Kayden company policy.
Monitor supplier delivery performance and timelines.
Work with Operations team to resolve and respond to vendor concerns and grievances, manage costs and overhead.
Another requirement is to assist in scheduling for technician allocation.
The USA Operations admin will report directly to the Operations Supervisor.
You will be in charge of organizing, coordinating & providing assistance to the Operations group.
The USA Operations admin makes sure that the schedules, meetings and goals of each region work in harmony with our business requirements.
Your job is to spot conflicts early on and resolve them to the satisfaction of all of the involved parties.
Planning and Scheduling Proactively planning and scheduling projects is another important part of an operations coordinator's job.
This requires interacting with outside agencies, vendors and organizations as well as making sure that the company's key personal are available and in place as needed.
Many times, the job entails simultaneously arranging multiple projects, which requires exemplary scheduling and time coordinating skills.
It also requires meeting with outside contractors, service providers and vendors.
Supporting the Operations team A USA Operations admin is expected to assist the operations management team in addition to your other responsibilities.
Tasks may be assigned based on the current business environments that are outside of this job description.
This generally requires regularly reviewing & working with the Director of Operations and sometimes revising your schedule to meet these requirements.
There is also an opportunity to assist in the sales process and to get remunerated for your sales leads that turn into revenue.

vehicle schedules, hourly tracking, shipping and receiving, inventory control and procurement.
Work under established policies and procedures that address daily operational and long term goals for Kayden U.

Responsibilities include:
Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for all production supplies and equipment.
Review purchase order claims and contracts to ensure compliance with Kayden company policy.
Participate in the development of specifications for, products or substitute materials.
Monitor supplier delivery performance and timelines.
Work with the OPS team and suggest and implement changes in work practices for better efficiency and quality.
Use information to make positive changes, become more efficient, improve quality of service, maintain safety, and motivate workers to achieve consistently high standards.
Work with HR to prepare payroll for field operations staff.
Additional
Responsibilities:
Procuring goods and services for the best possible value while securing short and long-term pricing agreements.
Cutting waste and unnecessary cost.
Ensuring rig-up supplies purchased are necessary and coded correctly for accounting purposes.
Inventory reports (month end, quarterly and as needed).
Receive all good and services and verify it matches the PO request.
Work with HR and assist in management of hours worked and remuneration for all field operations staff.
Requirements Must be experienced in Excel, work, PowerPoint.
Experience in SAP by design would be recommended, Able to communicate effectively and clearly and be able to work in a high paced environment.
Must have attention detail and organizational skills Must be a good team worker and be able to adapt easily to direction.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
