Apartment Maintenance Supervisor
Quick Apply Full-time 2 days ago Full Job Description Seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor on 200-250 units in the Longmont, Evans, Greeley, Loveland, and Fort Collin areas.
$25.
00 to $32.
00 per hour; depending on 15% rent discount up to 100% Free Rent.
MUST have Maintenance experience in Apartments; Assistant and/or Independent Living; or Multiple Residential Rental Properties.
MUST have 1 Year Supervisory or Assistant Supervisory Experience.
Responsibilities Include - Not Limited To:
A working Supervisor along with the Maintenance Technician.
Team Player.
Dependability, Neatness, and Organization are a PLUS.
Reports directly to Site Property Manager and/or Upper Management Scheduling daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal work.
Report any and all physical safety issues on and inside the property, while blocking off areas necessary.
Timely Apartment Turns and maintain work orders along with effective curb appeal to all grounds and buildings.
Pool/Spa Maintenance - CPO Certification and/or willing to become certified.
Trouble Shooting of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Etc Snow Service/ landscape Items/Issues Special Projects - Fencing; Exterior Lighting; Breezeways; Exterior Siding; Railings; Asphalt & Concrete, Etc Monitoring/Coordinating Vendors & Contract Workers.
Controlling inventory/supplies and maintain organize shop and storage areas.
Willingness to attend further educational course and seminars.
MUST have Maintenance experience in Apartments; Assistant and/or Independent Living; or Multiple Residential Rental Properties.
