We are now seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for Communities of 175
units in the Greeley and Loveland areas.
Any previous Maintenance experience in Apartments, Hotels, Assisted living facilities etc.
$22.
00 to $24.
00 per hour depending on experience and up to 50% off rent to live on site for call outs.
Responsibilities Include, Not Limited To:
Make Ready Apartments, Resident Work Orders, and exterior, such as fitness & business center, pool and playground, mail kiosk, grounds, and breezeways etc.
Maintain clean safe shop, tools, and equipment.
Report all unusual issues or findings on and in the property and or surroundings to Supervisor.
Ask Questions in areas or topics you may not be familiar.
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
Ability and/or be willing to learn more plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and pool/spa service, etc.
