Summary:
We are looking for a Receptionist for our office in Greeley, CO.
This person will greet visitors, guests and employees at the front desk, assist with receiving deliveries for the business and employees and provide excellent customer and employee service every day.
Responsibilities:
Receives all incoming mail; US Mail, FedEx, UPS and Inter-company Logs incoming UPS and FedEx deliveries and ensures proper pickup by recipient Sorts and distributes all mail to correct department mail boxes Operates Postage Meter and processes outgoing mail Operates FedEx mail equipment Greets and welcomes all visitors, internal and external.
Announcing and directing them in a timely manner to their host.
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access into the building; monitor use of employee badges and issuing visitor badges.
Switchboard - answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls, while providing basic information when needed.
Update appointment calendars and schedule conference rooms.
May perform other clerical receptionist duties as needed.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong customer service skills Detail oriented and strong organizational skills Bi-lingual (English & Spanish).
This is highly preferred.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
and stand for up to 2 hours at a time.
Proficient with Microsoft and Outlook Professional appearance Experience in similar roles Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise High school degree Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure Team player The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and
