- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing - Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system - Prepare and modify documents using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Proofread documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors - Transcribe notes and audio recordings as needed - Coordinate events and meetings, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and logistics
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
