Role Description As a Property Manager with Vintage Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 500
unit complex, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property performance.
Day-to-day tasks also include coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing rental applications, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations, addressing tenant concerns, and managing property budgets.
Qualifications 3
years of experience in residential property management or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse tenant base Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence Experience with property management software and financial reporting Familiarity with local codes and regulations related to residential property management Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service to tenants Key
