Fuzion Field Services is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Dispatch/Customer Service Agent to join our team.
As a Dispatch/Customer Service Agent you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and assistance.
You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, text, and email in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products/services, pricing, policies, and procedures.
Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and concerns by actively listening, troubleshooting, and finding solutions.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales and technical support, to resolve complex customer issues.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to a positive work environment.

Greeley, Colorado Pay Range:
$24/hour - Work from Home $25/hour - In Office Schedule:
Monday through Friday and one Saturday/month 8:
00am to 5:
30pm and 6:
30am to 1:
00pm on Saturdays Current Openings:
1 position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven customer service experience or related work experience preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging customer situations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using customer service software and other relevant tools.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Must be bilingual - Spanish/English Must live within commuting distance to Greeley, Colorado
