The purpose of this position is to take care of the day-to-day administrative needs of the Corps, as well as, to implement and oversee outreach through Social Service in and around The Salvation Army's Greeley Corps.
This position will also be responsible for assisting with the Greeley Center Christmas Angel Tree effort.
The position should represent and advocate for The Salvation Army at all assigned and appropriate community meetings and activities.
Additionally, this position will seek insights and understanding of the people we serve, to determine the needs we may address and to aid people in changing the pattern of their lives to function more effectively in our society.
Any special or unusual concern is to be brought to the immediate attention of the Corps Officers.
Scope of Position/Essential Functions (Duties):

Maintain a professional and effective relationship with all agencies that provide volunteers or gift-in-kind goods.

Process and prepare bills to be signed off by CO and sent to To supervise the handling of gift-in-kind items, with adherence to Salvation Army policies and integrity.
Compile all necessary statistics for programs monthly.

To work with the Corps Officer to complete all month-end statistics in adherence with Salvation Army policies and integrity.
Develop and keep an up-to-date 'prospect' file of families who are loosely connected with the Salvation Army through Social Services.
This list will be used for strategic follow-up and visits by the Corps Officer.
Prepare and submit EOC requests for approval and follow through with the completed process.
Education and Work
Experience:
