Seeking an experienced Call Center
manager
for a rapidly expanding company in Greeley,
colorado
.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience managing large teams of outbound/inbound call center representatives as well as hiring, training, coaching, development and implementation of new programs, initiatives, campaigns and performance tracking.
Ideal candidate must also have experience working with predictive dialers, CRM's, and software and systems pertaining to the call center industry. Managing a call center budget, goal development and performance metrics experience required. Understanding of the leads generation industry is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
computer
Science, Information Systems or related field in Mathematics, Sales, Economics or Analysis is required.
This
position
will require a clean criminal history, ability to pass a drug screen and an employment credit check.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
