Responsibilities:
Monitor daily invoicing of orders and daily open order reports
Set up new customer and ship to accounts
Develop working product knowledge in order to assist customers
Assist in the coding and preparation of freight bills
Communicate to customers order confirmations
Assist in scheduling of weekly orders by data entry of information
Assist in preparation and tracking of service claims.
Assist Planning Manager with daily tasks/reporting and production planning
Prepare vendor payments for Export Department
Review and manage FedEx account usage
Manage Halal schedule
Review and manage Export hold inventory
Review shipments and create cost documents
Meet with Sales Managers weekly to review inventory/sales goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, AG Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) helpful
Strong organizational skills and acute attention to details
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel required
Ability to work independently and know when to ask questions
Experience in SAP, SQL, Crystal Reports and/or PeopleSoft helpful
